You must be at least 18 years old to register.
By using this service you agree to the following terms:

  1. calvans.org and related persons (hereby known as CalVans) are not responsible for the safety, comfort or successful travel of any registered member (hereby known as USER.) Responsibility for safety rests entirely with USER.
  2. CalVans is not responsible for USER’s lost or stolen belongings or any other liability with regard to use of this website.
  3. CalVans may monitor USER’s correspondence through this site. However, member information will not be distributed without USER’s permission (except in response to verified requests from law enforcement or emergency services.)
  4. USER will make postings and contact other users for the sole purpose of arranging rides.
  5. USER may post only one listing per ride. However, USER may post separate listings for each direction of a round trip.
  6. USER may not use this site or it’s member database to promote a public or private product, service, venture or website.
  7. USER will keep postings and emails polite.
  8. USER agrees to observe updates and amendments to Terms of Service.

Terms of Service / User Agreement may be modified at any time without notice.

If any single part of Agreement is legally held invalid, remainder of Agreement shall remain in force.
